Nyariay Kic Nyang

Nyariay is a member of YLASS's third cohort, currently studying Computer Science at Harvey Mudd College on a full scholarship. Originating from South Sudan, a home devastated by long-term famines, heat waves, and floods, she believes specializing in CS will equip her with the right technological skills to identify trends and predict future scenarios that would subsequently help to build a climate-resilient environment, improve livelihoods, and sustain food security.
